Watch his fingers when he flips it.
300 years of practice man!
You know what kills me in this scene ? Even more than the fact that Jack is ready to give his staff up (which is his most precious possession, the first thing he discovered and he could owe) to save Baby Tooth ? And, let’s face it, she’s not of a great importance in the whole fight against Pitch. I mean, yes. I love her. She’s his friend and all, but… In a power matter, the staff is much more important. This is definitely an artifact which could beat Pitch Black and the three of them know it. Anyway. What kills me is that, and you barely notice it, as Jack is weighing the staff in his hand, thinking for a second if he should give it to Pitch or not, he shows a little smile. It’s really quick and barely visible, but it’s there. To me, it shows how he got used to deal with hard times. He already did that in front of Bunnymund as this last one was really rude to Jack ; he smirked. Not to show his pain. Not to show his fear. It’s the barrier he’s placed between his emotions and other people. Because let’s face it : 300 years old with the realization of being alone without crying ? I won’t have it. Jack has suffered. So much. Has never been accepted by the only people who could see him. Yet, he wants to remain strong. He wants to show them that nothing can crush him anymore. And at this moment, it’s like the reflex comes up again. “I smile, because it’s better than crying. I smile to show that you can’t hurt me. I smile to pretend that I’m not scared. Not again. Not anymore.”
Just for this, I reckon his bravery. I reckon he’s the most courageous one. And I really wish I had met him sooner..

There are people telling funny history stories and I wanted to tell my favorite!
Okay, so. When Napoleon invaded Egypt, the Egyptians wanted to get in his good favor, so they sent along two teenage girls to him for him to use as he pleased. Napoleon was disgusted, because um, no, and he was madly in love with Josephine. So he sent them back. And, well, the Egyptian ministers must have misunderstood.
Because they sent back two ten year old boys.

so I said, "I’m actually a boy, Miss."
Then one of my classmates slams his hands on the desks and shouts, "YOU’RE NO BOY!"
I turned around to him.
he said, “YOU’RE A MAN.”
I turned back around sheepishly smiling while all my male classmates cheered and shouted, my teacher simply smiled, apologized, and the lesson continued.
I’m thankful for that moment in my life, it gives me hope for the future.
That more trans people will be supported, and visible.
